Lappset Creative Discovery online workshop is a concise, five-stage process that spans two weeks. Here’s a step-by-step look at what each stage contains:
Kick-off
The workshop starts over Teams by familiarising with the customer’s business environment. This is where both the Lappset Creative team and the customer go through the budget, location of the themed attraction, its target groups, customer potential, and who is paying for the project.
Ideation
In this phase, 1-2 different concept directions are designed by Lappset Creative, each based on preliminary information: 2D layout, estimated budget €/m2. This phase does not include 3D modelling, dwell times, or visitor capacity estimates.

Wrap-up & presentation
The workshop concludes with the finished concept idea, presented to the customer by Lappset Creative.
